This blend of Rose Soil Mix includes Canadian peat moss, aged pine bark, slow release 360 day fertilizer, granite sand, and other minor elements and organic matter to provide you with the best start to amending your garden soil or potting soil for roses.

INSTRUCTIONS AND PREPARING THE SOIL FOR ROSES

At planting time, dig a hole in the depth of your plant and twice as wide as your plant. Mix your dug up existing soil with the amended soil mixture for roses and use this mixture to fill back in around the root ball of your plant. Pack the soil firmly at the ground level ensuring no air holes remain and water thoroughly. 

You can also plant roses in pots or containers with good drainage. Roses require soil that drains to prevent root rot.

A layer of mulch or organic materials will help retain moisture on your newly planted rose bushes. This is the perfect mix to amend loamy soils, sandy soils, or soil without proper nutrients.

Finally, he covers final deliverables, project closer and doing a project review and releasing resources. I thought it was a very good book, well done and one that any project manager would love to have as a resource.
